Advantages of liquid-filled pressure gauges
The liquid-filled pressure gauge, also known as the seismic pressure gauge, will be used under certain conditions, mainly considering the following three points:
1. Protection. The liquid-filled pressure gauge can avoid the permanent damage caused by the vibration to the instrument itself and greatly extend the service life. Especially for the traditional mechanical precision instrument such as a pointer pressure gauge, it can reduce the friction between internal parts and play a certain role.
2. Low temperature resistance. When used in low-temperature environments, we also recommend the use of liquid-filled pressure gauges. In this case, condensation will easily occur inside the window, which will reduce the readability of the pressure gauge and sometimes even frost. The filling liquid can effectively prevent frost inside the instrument.
3. It is easy to read. When the pointer swing makes it difficult to read accurately, the filling liquid in the table plays a good buffering role to eliminate the inconvenience of reading caused by the jitter of the pointer. Greatly reduces the error caused by vibration.
