1. After a period of use and pressure, the pressure gauge movement, pressure gauge (Figure 17), pressure gauge (Figure 17), will inevitably be deformed and worn, and the pressure gauge will produce various errors and malfunctions. In order to ensure its original accuracy without distortion of the value transmission, it should be replaced in time to ensure that the instructions are correct, safe and reliable. 2. The pressure gauge should be cleaned regularly. Because the inside of the pressure gauge is not clean, it will increase the wear of various parts, which will affect its normal operation, and will cause the pressure gauge to malfunction and become scrapped. 3. According to the regulations of JJG52-1999, the verification period of the pressure gauge installed in the pressure measuring position is generally no more than half a year. For pressure gauges related to production safety and environmental monitoring, the verification period must be in accordance with verification procedures, which can only be less than half a year; if the industrial and mining conditions are poor, the verification period must be shorter. 4. If the medium at the pressure measurement site has large fluctuations, frequent use, high accuracy requirements, and strict requirements on safety factors, the verification period can be appropriately shortened according to the specific conditions. The following 4 types of 11 types of pressure gauges require mandatory verification: 1. Pressure gauges used for safety protection require mandatory verification. Including the following 7 categories: 1) Measurement of boiler main cylinder and feed water pressure; 2) Measurement of fixed air compressor air chamber and main pipe pressure; 3) Measurement of generator, gas turbine oil pressure and locomotive pressure; 4) Medical Pressure measurement of autoclaves and autoclaves; 5) Pressure measurement with alarm device; 6) Pressure measurement of sealed pressurized container; 7) Pressure gauge for harmful, toxic, and corrosive media (Figure 18) Pressure gauge (Figure 18) 18) Measurement of force. (Such as: spring tube pressure gauge, electric remote transmission and electric contact pressure gauge). 2. The wind pressure gauge used for safety protection shall be subject to mandatory verification. Namely: measurement of wind pressure and wind speed in tunnels in mines. (Such as: mine wind pressure meter, mine wind speed meter). 3. The oxygen meter used for safety protection shall be subject to mandatory verification. Including the following 2 categories: 1) The measurement of oxygen monitoring pressure during the filling of oxygen cylinders; 2) The measurement of oxygen pressure that is explosive and affects safety during the process. 4. The oxygen meter used for medical and health needs compulsory verification. That is, the measurement of the oxygen pressure on the buoy-type oxygen inhaler and oxygen supply device for hospital oxygen delivery.
