The main type of pressure gauges
There are many types of pressure gauges, which not only have general (ordinary) pointer indicating type, but also digital type; not only regular type, but also special type; not only contact type, but also remote transmission type; not only vibration-resistant type, but also seismic resistance Type; not only diaphragm type, but also corrosion-resistant type. The pressure gauge series is complete. It has not only conventional series, but also digital series; not only common media application series, but also special media application series; not only switching signal series, but also remote transmission signal series, etc., they are derived from practical needs and have formed Complete series. The pressure gauge has complete specifications and models, and its structure is perfect. From the nominal diameter, there are Φ40mm, Φ50mm, Φ60mm, Φ75mm, Φ100mm, Φ150mm, Φ200mm, Φ250mm, etc. From the perspective of installation structure, there are direct installation type, embedded type and convex type, of which embedded type is divided into radial embedded type and axial embedded type, convex type also has radial convex type and axial type Protruding type. Direct installation type is divided into radial direct installation type and axial direct installation type. The radial direct installation type is the basic installation type. Generally, when the installation structure type is not specified, it refers to the radial direct installation type. The axial direct installation type considers the stability of its own support, and is generally only used on pressure gauges with a nominal diameter of less than 150mm. The so-called flush-mounted and convex-mounted pressure gauges are the pressure gauges with edges (mounting rings) that we often say. Axial embedded type means that the axial front side and radial embedded type refer to the radial front side, and the radial convex type (also called wall mounted type) refers to the radial rear side pressure gauge. From the perspective of volume and range, the positive pressure volume is divided into micro-pressure range, low-pressure range, medium-pressure range, high-pressure range, and ultra-high-pressure range. It also subdivides several measurement ranges (meter range); in the negative pressure range (vacuum), there are three types of negative pressure (vacuum gauge); the pressure gauge of the positive pressure and the negative pressure is a cross-domain pressure table. Its standard name is pressure vacuum gauge, and it is also called vacuum pressure gauge. It can measure not only positive pressure but also negative pressure. The accuracy grade classification of the pressure gauge is very clear. Common accuracy grades are grade 4, grade 2.5, grade 1.6, grade 1, grade 0.4, grade 0.25, grade 0.16, grade 0.1, etc. The accuracy level should generally be marked on its dial, and the marking is also stipulated accordingly. For example, "①" indicates that the accuracy level is level 1. For some low-precision pressure gauges, such as those under level 4, there are some that do not need to measure their accurate pressure values, but only need to indicate the pressure range, such as the pressure gauge on the fire extinguisher, you can not mark the accuracy level .
Pressure gauges can be divided into precision pressure gauges and general pressure gauges according to their measurement accuracy. The measurement accuracy grades of precision pressure gauges are 0.1, 0.16, 0.25, 0.4 and 0.05 grades respectively; the measurement accuracy grades of general pressure gauges are 1.0, 1.6, 2.5 and 4.0 grades, respectively.
The pressure gauge is based on its measurement basis: the pressure gauge is different from its indicated pressure basis,Divided into general pressure gauge, absolute pressure gauge stainless steel pressure gauge, differential pressure gauge. The general pressure gauge is based on atmospheric pressure; the absolute pressure gauge is based on absolute zero pressure; the differential pressure gauge measures the difference between the two measured pressures.
Pressure gauges are divided into vacuum gauges, pressure vacuum gauges, micro-pressure gauges, low-pressure gauges, medium-pressure gauges and high-pressure gauges according to their measuring ranges. Vacuum gauges are used to measure pressure values less than atmospheric pressure; pressure vacuum gauges are used to measure pressure values less than and greater than atmospheric pressure; micro-pressure gauges are used to measure pressure values less than 60,000 Pa; low pressure gauges are used to measure pressure values from 0 to 6 MPa ; Medium pressure gauge is used to measure the pressure value of 10~60MPa;
The pressure gauge is divided into pointer pressure gauge and digital pressure gauge according to its display mode.
Pressure gauges are divided according to their use functions: pressure gauges can be divided into local indication type pressure gauges and live signal control type pressure gauges according to their different use functions.
General pressure gauges, vacuum pressure gauges, shock-resistant pressure gauges, stainless steel pressure gauges, etc. are all on-site indicating pressure gauges, and have no other control functions except for indicating pressure.
The output signals of the pressure signal controlled pressure gauge mainly include:
1. Switch signal (such as electric contact pressure gauge)
2. Resistance signal (such as resistance remote transmission pressure gauge)
3. Current signal (such as inductive pressure transmitter, remote pressure gauge, pressure transmitter, etc.)
Pressure gauges can be divided into:
1. General pressure gauge: The general type pressure gauge is used to measure the pressure of liquid, gas or steam which has no corrosion, no crystallization, and solidification on copper and copper alloys;
2. Corrosion-resistant pressure gauges: Corrosion-resistant pressure gauges are used to measure the pressure of corrosive media. Commonly used stainless steel pressure gauges, diaphragm pressure gauges, etc.;
3. Explosion-proof pressure gauges: Explosion-proof pressure gauges are used in hazardous locations with explosive mixtures in the environment, such as explosion-proof electrical contact pressure gauges and explosion-proof transmitters.
4. Special pressure gauge.
According to the use of pressure gauges: it can be divided into ordinary pressure gauges, ammonia pressure gauges, oxygen pressure gauges, electrical contact pressure gauges, remote transmission pressure gauges, vibration-resistant pressure gauges, pressure gauges with inspection pointers, double needle double tubes or double needle single Tube pressure gauge, digital display pressure gauge, digital precision pressure gauge, etc.
